Once you select us to obtain your home loan, we will work tirelessly to make the loan process as quick and simple as possible. It is our goal to get you through the mortgage process and into a loan that fits your individual needs.
Throughout the loan-application process, we provide you with regular updates. You can also e-mail us with questions or new information. And if you want assistance, a mortgage expert who can answer questions is just a phone call away.
Here's an overview of the loan approval process.
STEP ONE -- Apply Now! Getting started is easy
Once you've decided you are ready to purchase a home, the next step is to fill out an application. You don't have to have a contract with a Seller to do this. Simply select the application on the left and we'll walk you through getting pre-qualified. Being prequalified isn't a guarantee that your loan will be approved, but lets you know there is a good likelihood that your loan will be approved.
STEP TWO -- Select a Home to purchase and make an offer.
One you have a contract to purchase a home in hand, let us know and we will get the loan in the process to be approved. The bank will order an appraisal of the home and provide a copy to you at the appropriate time.
STEP THREE - Underwriting
The bank will send all of your loan information through an underwriting process to get final approval for the loan. There are often questions and additional requests for information during this time. Be prepared to quickly provide information needed by the bank to analyze your loan. This helps to keep the process moving.
STEP FOUR-- Your Loan is Approved and Funded
Your Real Estate Agent, the Seller, and VisionBank will work with an Escrow/Title Company to handle the funding of your loan, along with many other factors which make your purchase go smoothly.
We will coordinate with the closing team and you'll sign the final papers at their office.
Simple, Straightforward, Cost Effective, and FAST! There are often questions during the loan process and our mortgage experts are always available to answer questions to make sure you understand what is happening every step of the way.
